1. CONTINUE to implement “automatic stay extension” for foreign nationals until January 31^st, 2021 (subjects and forms prescribed in paragraph 1 of the Diplomatic Note No 6345/QLXNC dated May 19^th, 2020 which was sent to Embassies). Kindly requests Embassies to inform your citizens and call for their departure at the earliest time; those foreigners, who are unable to depart due to the pandemic, are required to strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations on prevention and control of the pandemic.

2. CONTINUE to implement the content of the Diplomatic Note No 4226/XNC dated March 30^th, 2020 and the published notices of Vietnam Immigration Department until January 31^st, 2021.

3. Those foreign nationals who are not eligible for “automatic stay extension” or violate Vietnamese laws will be treated according to the applicable laws of Vietnam.
